The method
Golden ratio of body & mind
Persian physicians observed the measure of harmony in nature; Greek thinkers turned it into a theory. The golden ratio describes proportions that feel effortlessly right. We apply this principle to how you move, nourish, rest and think.
Body
Posture, movement and nutrition in balance with your own structure – not a template.
Mind
A calm, clear mindset. Understanding the stories that shape your habits.
Presence
Being here, now. Small daily rituals that reconnect you with yourself.
Persian roots, Greek theory
The idea of a perfect measure travelled from ancient Persia to Greece, where it was described as the divine proportion. Our work carries this heritage into modern longevity coaching.

Love, Money & Success
Conversations with Charles Biderman
Mehrnoush and Charles Biderman created Love, Money & Success together. In these short talks they share the beliefs that held them back, and how being present changed them.
Why we sabotage our own success
Mehrnoush describes a belief she formed before she was born, that something was wrong with her because she was a girl, and how noticing it and becoming present ended the pattern of losing money.

Hello, I'm Charles Biderman. And I'm Mehrnoush Roudaki. And together we created Love, Money and Success.
So, Mehrnoush, I've noticed that in the past you've sabotaged your success. What have you discovered about why you do that, or did that, and how have you overcome that?
Yes. When I learned that my parents wanted a boy and not a girl, I made up a primary belief, when I was in the womb of my mother, that something is wrong with me and I don't deserve to be successful. — Because you're a girl. — Because I'm a girl, yeah.
So how have you dealt with that? — At first, of course, I didn't recognize it. I didn't know that. By leading the courses and working on myself I recognized that I have a belief like that, and that I'm sabotaging my success and my money.
How do you sabotage your success and your money? — When I'm creating a big amount of money, I take bad business positions to sabotage it, so I'm losing money.
Got it. And so now, how have you overcome that? Just by being present? — Just by recognizing it and getting present again. — Got it. Thank you. — Thank you.
Relationships that finally work
Both lived through relationships that failed. Self-doubt was driving them. Today a relationship is not something to have or do, but a way of being with another.

Hello, I'm Charles Biderman. And I'm Mehrnoush Roudaki. And together we created Love, Money and Success and Relationships Unlimited.
So we both had relationships in the past that haven't worked. — Exactly, yes. — What have you discovered about why, and what's different now?
What was stopping me, and what is still stopping me when I'm not present, what was ruining my relationships, was believing that something is wrong with me, that my father doesn't love me and he will leave me, for no reason. So in relationships with men I sold out myself. I bought them with money. I gave them enlightenment to keep them in a relationship, and of course it didn't work. They left me for no reason, and I didn't understand.
Yeah, I've been married three times and divorced three times. I thought there was something wrong with me, as my mother didn't love me. My father never spoke much. So if a woman loved me, there had to be something wrong with her, so I didn't want her. I only wanted women who didn't want me. No surprise, then: three marriages, three divorces.
Wow, it's so powerful. So what works now? Why am I better in relationships now? — I think it's because I'm aware of my self-doubt, and just by being present, life works.
Yeah. And relationship for me is not anymore about having a relationship or doing a relationship. It's about being in a relationship, being with another. That creates love. — Thank you. — Thank you.
Love lives in the present
A key principle of the course: love is only possible when we are fully present. Our past and our fears pull us away from it.

Hello, I'm Charles Biderman. I'm Mehrnoush Roudaki. And together we created Love, Money and Success. — And now we talk about love.
One of the key principles of the course is that love is only possible when we're fully present in the moment. When we're not fully present, there is no love. Love is not possible. What takes us away from love is our past, and my fears of being hurt and getting betrayed.
Money is a key thing for me, because I grew up believing that I had to make a lot of money in order to survive. If I'm losing money, or deals aren't happening, I feel like I'm going to die. Not physically, but anyway.
How I deal with that is just by being fully present. When I notice that my life is not working and I'm worried about money, I become fully present to what's around me in the moment, recognize that all there is around me is love, allow the love in and give the love to everybody around me.
And how I screw up love is: I hide myself and I don't allow others to love me. — Thank you. — Thank you.
Letting go of “something is wrong with me”
Charles on how a childhood without affection shaped his search for love, and what changed when he let go of that old belief.

Hello, I'm Charles Biderman. And I'm Mehrnoush Roudaki. And together we created Love, Money and Success.
So Charles, my next question is: why are you so crazy about sex?
Well, my mother, as I said earlier, lost her entire family during the Holocaust. She had to watch her husband and son slaughtered. I was never hugged. I was never breastfed. And I realized, as I was working on creating this course, that I made that mean: there's something wrong with me, women don't love me.
The evidence I had for that was that, as a young adult, until I got married, I dated several hundred women. — Wow. — Looking for the right one. Not that I dated one woman a long time. I was always: no, you're not it. You're not it.
I didn't realize that I had to let go of “something is wrong with me, women don't really like me” in order to be with a woman. Before I discovered all that, I was married and divorced three times. And now at least I'm smarter. — Yeah. So, thank you.
Money and survival
Both grew up believing money meant survival: Charles as the son of Holocaust survivors, Mehrnoush after the Iran–Iraq war.

So Charles, I have a question: why are you so crazy about money and sex?
Well, as I discovered while creating this course about money: my parents were survivors of the World War II Holocaust. They lost their children and previous spouses. Growing up, what I always heard as a little Jewish boy was: you need to make a lot of money, you need to have a lot of money, because when the Nazis come back, if you don't have money, you're dead.
So I made that mean I had to work hard my entire life to make money. And no surprise, I'm someone who started from nothing three times and made a one-million-dollar net worth.
As did I. I'm a survivor of the war between Iran and Iraq, so I learned to work hard to make money to survive. — So we needed money for surviving. — Yeah.
